Albert Rosati

Albert Rosati, President and Chief Executive officer, a native of Florida grew up in the Tampa Bay Florida area. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of South Florida. He worked in public accounting for the Big 5 as a consultant to the banking and healthcare industries, which led to a career in Medical Practice Administration. Mr. Rosati managed several different practice specialties and Ambulatory Surgical Centers. He then became a principal in a medical consulting company, which grew exponentially in two years and was sold in 1997. Royal Medical Consultants was then formed and has grown to be one of the largest regional Medical Consulting Companies. In 2007 Royal MSA was created to provide unsurpassed customer service and superior technology to the MSA industry. In January of 2008 he and Royal Medical Consultants, Inc. were awarded the 2007 GEICO Partnership Excellence award, for dedication, customer focus and fanatical customer service.

Sonja Morgan-Marshall

Sonja Morgan-Marshall is Executive Vice President and Certified Medicare Set Aside Consultant at Royal MSA Consultants, Inc, also known as RMC. With over 40 years of work experience in the insurance industry and management, she brings expertise in liability, workers compensation, cost containment and Medicare Set Asides, spanning both state and federal jurisdictions. Sonja is approved by the Florida Department of Financial Services Education Division to provide Continuing Education Unit (CEU) seminars and classes and educated national insurance organizations on the subject of Federal Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance. Her primary focus is making the MSA process less tedious and complicated while ensuring the integrity and quality of RMC's product. She is a member of WCCP, FASI, SBCA, OCA, WCCA, MNM, a licensed casualty investigator and Nationally Certified Medicare Set-Aside Consultant.

Andrew Cabaniss

Andrew G. Cabaniss is the Director of the Lien Subrogation / Resolution Department and Social Security Disability Representation Unit at Royal-MSA Consultants, Inc. With 10 years experience in the Social Security Disability arena and successfully representing hundreds of cases, he has progressed well into the Federal Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance arena, working with Workers Compensation and Liability entities. Andrew also has over 8 successful years in the MSA market with a primary focus on lien subrogation, negotiations, resolution and is considered an expert in his field. He has been a very effective negotiator on Medicare-Medicaid liens related to catastrophic cases, resulting in significant reductions in the overall lien process.

Melissa Gauvin

Melissa Gauvin, PCA, is the Operations Director at Royal Medical Consultant's, Inc. Melissa has 12 years experience in the insurance claims industry specializing in medical management, auto and workers compensation claims. Her outstanding leadership and management skills have been the catalyst for the success and exceptional service practices at RMC. She has served as the Operations Director at Royal Medical Consultant's Inc. for the past 6 years. Melissa holds her Professional All Lines Adjuster License #520, Professional Service Representative Certification, Medical Assistant Certification and attended the College of Rhode Island, in her home town. Ms. Gauvin is currently a student at The University of Florida in preparation for her Medicare Set Aside Certified Consultant National Certification.
