Identifying government benefits and other liens has a two-fold purpose which entails identifying the receipt of past benefits and ongoing benefits.
At Royal MSA Consultants, we will identify the claims and resolve the conditional payments for past medical treatment made by Medicare efficiently by working directly with the Medicare Secondary Recovery Payer Contractor.
Our Lien Resolution Service:
Verification – Confirm if the injured is receiving government benefits. Contact the Coordination of Benefits and report the claim
Request the Payment Summary from (MSPRC) and Review Conditional Payment Summary
Dispute unrelated medical claims
Request final demand – original demand less unrelated items less procurement costs
Assist with hardship waiver, if applicable
Attorney and/or Royal receives Demand letter. Payment is required to Medicare within 60 days of receipt of Demand letter, even if a waiver has been requested
To engage Royal MSA Consultants to resolve Medicare Claims
For us to determine the services necessary for each individual case we will need the following information submitted:
Completed case intake form
Signed releases (CMS/SSA)
Copy of the Settlement documents including Atty. Fees and costs (see below)
Copy of any correspondence with Medicare
If your clients' case has settled, we will need a copy of the Settlement Statement itemizing the breakdown of the settlement and a copy of the signed Settlement Agreement & Release.

The total costs involved for complete resolution of Medicare/Medicaid’s claims will be $1,650.00. Please process your check made payable to Royal MSA Consultants, and reference the name of the beneficiary.
An initial Conditional Payment Letter (CPL) does NOT need to be requested. A CPL will now be generated automatically within 65 days of the issuance of the "Rights and Responsibilities Letter".
